Stayed in junior suite. High standard. Huge bed. Blender in the kitchen. Big fridge. Balcony. Hot water! Excellent reception staff. Grateful for fixing safety locker.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a stylish and modern place. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable beds to the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main street and the beautiful beach. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had one of the best stays ever. The hotel was simple, comfortable, and spacious, all at a reasonable price. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and pleasant, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with a big refrigerator. The staff were very polite and respectful, never bothering me when I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The location was also great, just a short 5-minute walk from a supermarket.

The rooms were spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient for storing snacks. the rooftop spa and pool area had great views of the city skyline. the hotel was also located close to main street and lots of local restaurants, making it easy to explore.

The bathroom was small and there wasn't enough storage space for toiletries. the pool was also quite small and crowded, making it difficult to swim or lounge comfortably.

Located conveniently close to the beach and shopping options, this hotel offers clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. the roof-top spas and sun loungers are perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff is friendly and competent, and the well-stocked mini bar is a nice touch.

Good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a great area close to many restaurants and shops. One of the best things was that it was not too far from the beach. We enjoyed staying here.

The hotel is pretty noisy, with construction occurring next door. This made it hard to relax, and we were woken up early every morning. Also, the pool was quite small and not worth using. we found that we couldn't fully enjoy our stay due to the noise and discomfort, which was disappointing.
